Winter sports Festival 2021 continue in full swing in Gilgit-Baltistan
GILGIT: The three day Winter sports Festival 2021 continues in full swing under the supervision of Tourism and Culture Department Gilgit Baltistan and Khalti Social Development Organization - KSDO at Khalti Frozen Lake, in Ghizer District.
Around 110 athletes are competing in Ice Hockey, Ice Skating and Ice Football event.
Deputy Speaker Nazeer Ahmed graced the opening ceremony as a chief guest along with Tourism Secretary of Gilgit-Baltistan, and other Govt officials.
The ice-hockey and skating events are held on top of a lake that freezes during the winter.
