WASHINGTON: In the United States, a federal appeals court has rejected a petition filed by the President Donald Trump’s campaign to block President-elect Joe Biden from being declared the winner of Pennsylvania.

The Judge Stephanos Bibas on behalf of a three-judge panel in their verdict said free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy.

The Trump campaign and its supporters have also failed to convince judges of election irregularities in Michigan, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada.
