UN chief welcomes outcome of GCC Summit
NEW YORK: UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has welcomed the declaration on solidarity and stability announced at the Gulf Cooperation Council Summit held in Saudi Arabia.
UN Chief's Deputy Spokesman, Farhan Haq in a statement said that the declaration recognizes the importance of unity among the GCC states and aims to strengthen regional security, peace, stability and prosperity.
