Karachi: Pakistan Television Network's (PTV) most popular drama 'Dhoop Kinarey' will now be dubbed in Arabic and aired in Saudi Arabia.
According to international media reports, in order to strengthen relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia in 2019, it was decided to dub Pakistani dramas in Arabic and broadcast them in Saudi Arabia. Later, it was part of a cultural exchange program launched between Islamabad and Riyadh.
Under the project, three of Pakistan's most popular dramas were shot, including Dhoop Kinarey, Tanhaiyaan and Aahat
Fawad Chaudhry also announced on Twitter that the drama "Dhoop Kinarey" is ready to be dubbed in Arabic and aired in Saudi Arabia.
It should be noted that this is the first project when local Pakistani dramas will be dubbed in Arabic and broadcast to Saudi audiences.
Earlier, on the instructions of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, Turkish series 'Ertugrul Ghazi' was being dubbed in Urdu and aired on a state-run TV channel to the delight of the Pakistani people.
