KARACHI: Pakistan Stock Exchange above the 98,000 mark on Friday as share prices surged more than 2,000 points in intraday trade
Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Lahore today [Friday], and apprised him about administrative and development issues of the province.
The Prime Minister was also briefed about measures to maintain law and order situation and inflation issues in the province.
Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said the government is fully aware of the hardships of common man due to price hike. He said the government is ensuring more relief for common man by taking sustainable measures.
He said price control committees have been made functional on district and tehsil levels.
Imran Khan said the government is taking measures to ensure rule of law and indiscriminate action is being taken against hoarders and profiteers.
The Prime Minister directed to complete all on-going development projects in stipulated time and ensure high quality of work in all public welfare development projects.
