QUETTA: Chairman Kashmir Committee Shehryar Afridi has said that all possible measures are being taken for equal development of less developed areas of the country.
Addressing a consultative meeting with the parliamentarians titled Paigham Pakistan held in Quetta, he said that it is the prime responsibility of elected representatives to make efforts for resolving problems of their respective constituencies on priority basis.
He urged the parliamentarians to ensure their participation in the legislative process.
He said that steps are being taken to eliminate the sense of deprivation of Balochistan.
Shehryar Afridi stressed the need for unity to cope with the challenges.
