Sarmad Khoosat’s film Zindagi Tamasha receives Snow Leopard Award
LAHORE: Sarmad Khoosat’s film 'Zindagi Tamasha' has received the Snow Leopard Award for Best Film at the 6th Asian World Film Festival.
The event was held virtually. Arif Hassan was awarded Best Actor award for his performance in the film.
Film Zindagi Tamasha is a portrait of a family as well as a scorching political commentary on little gods on this earth who police our private passions.
Zindagi Tamasha has not been released in Pakistan yet but has been acclaimed internationally. It was to be released in January last year but has been stopped despite being cleared by multiple censor boards twice.
