Promotion of sports, tourism top priority of govt: Shibli Faraz
ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Shibli Faraz has said that promotion of sports and tourism are the top priorities of present government.
Addressing inaugural ceremony of first para gliding event "Islamabad Tourism Festival" in Islamabad on Thursday, he said adventure sports has a lot of potential to attract foreign tourists and bring foreign exchange in the country.
He expressed best wishes for the first para gliding event being organized in Islamabad and other major cities.
The minister said such kinds of sports are very healthy as the same are full of adventure and excitement.
He assured that the government is working in different spheres to promote tourism and sports.
