PNCA to hold photography, painting competition among youth from Tuesday
RAWALPINDI: National Council of the Arts will hold photography, designing and painting competition among youth of Rawalpindi and Islamabad from Tuesday.
In collaboration with Embassy of Iran-Pakistan, the competition is being aimed to grab youth to show their hidden skills.
