State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib says Prime Minister Imran Khan's vision is to enable fast transformation of Pakistan into a welfare state.

Addressing Workers Convention in Faisalabad on Saturday, he said that downtrodden and less privileged segments of the society are being steered out of the poverty through Ehsaas like projects.

He said that Prime Minister is committed to promoting the positive and soft image of Pakistan in the comity of nations.

The State Minister said that previous governments were only focused on corruption, money laundering and fake accounts instead of taking steps to increase production into the country and improve the economy.

He said that the world has been appreciating the policies of the Prime Minister Imran Khan to fight against COVID-19.
