Peshawar becomes first ever city to launch bicycle sharing system in country

PESHAWAR: Peshawar has become the first ever city to launch the bicycle sharing system in the country.

This was stated by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Finance Taimur Saleem Jhagra while participating in a rally in Peshawar organized to spread awareness about the Zu-bicycle sharing system.

He said the cycle sharing system will particularly facilitate the students for traveling purposes.

The Minister said a total of thirty-two docking stations have been established in Hayatabad and Peshawar University areas for this purpose.

The purpose of this rally was to promote healthy and environment-friendly culture in the city.
