ISLAMABAD: Advisor to the Prime Minister on Accountability Shehzad Akbar has said that the people have given a mandate to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf for ensuring accountability and transparency.
Addressing a news conference in Lahore on Wednesday, he said the government under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan is striving to provide enabling environment for accountability institutions so that prompt justice could be done.
He said the prosecution had produced a number of evidences pertaining to involvement of Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz and others in corruption and money laundering and now the cases would soon be concluded towards its logical end.
