PAL Organizes Faiz Ahmed Faiz National Literary Seminar February 15, 2021
ISLAMABAD; National Literary seminar on the occasion of 110th birthday anniversary of legendary Urdu poet Faiz Ahmad Faiz was organized by Pakistan Academy of Letters in Islamabad.
Speaking on the occasion, speaking on the occasion, Minister for Professional Training and National Heritage and Culture Shafqat Mahmood said Faiz Ahmad Faiz spent his entire life in struggle and truly expressed the aspirations of the people. The minister appreciated Faiz’s role for the society said that Faiz Ahmad Faiz had always stood firm against oppression.
Renowned literary figures Professor Fateh Muhammad Malik and Iftikhar Arif and daughter of Faiz Ahamd Faiz Muneeza Hashmi were also present on the occasion.
The mystical words of Faiz Ahmad Faiz were presented through soulful tunes and voices before the participants.
