Pakistan, Iran to expand annual trade volume to $5bn by 2023

Pakistan and Iran have agreed to expand annual trade volume to five billion dollars by 2023.

The consensus to this effect was reached during meeting of Joint Trade Committee in Tehran.

Iranian Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade Reza Fatemi Amin said the committee is tasked with pave the ground for enhancing trade ties between the two countries.

He said Iran is ready to remove obstacles in the way of developing trade exchanges with Pakistan in a bid to enhance economic ties.
