National Voters’ Day being observed today
ISLAMABAD: National Voters’ Day is being observed across the country on Monday, to create awareness about importance of registration as voter.
The Day is observed in commemoration of first general elections held in Pakistan on 7th December, 1970.
The primary purpose of the day is to create awareness among general public about the importance of vote and inclusion of all segments of the society in electoral process.
