PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan has directed constitution of a committee for better management of Auqaf properties in the province.
Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar, he stressed the need to streamline the affairs of Auqaf Department and digitize all the records of its properties.
Mahmood Khan also directed the concerned quarters to take solid steps to remove encroachments on Waqf properties.
The meeting was given detailed briefing about the overall performance of the Department and various aspects of the proposed Business Development Plan.
