Nur-SUltan: In Kazakhstan, the government has abolished the capital punishment, death penalty.
A notice posted on presidential website today (Saturday) said that President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed off on parliamentary ratification of the Second Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
