Iran blacklists US envoy for destructive role in Yemen humanitarian crisis
TEHRAN: Iran has blacklisted US envoy in Yemen for his destructive role in Yemen crisis.
In a statement, Iranian Foreign Ministry referred to ambassador Christopher Henzel's role in directing war in Yemen that led to killing of innocent people, providing arms, financial and political support to the aggressor coalition and continuing cruel and inhumane sanctions against the Yemeni people.
Iran's action comes a day after US blacklisted Tehran’s envoy to Yemen.
