Interior Minister announces night food bazars for Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has announced to establish night food bazars in Islamabad.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Monday, he said "Patwar Khanas" will be abolished from Islamabad territory within a month.

He said process of vehicles registration will also be made smooth and easy for the users.

Talking about improving policing in the capital, he said new Eagle Squad will be introduced to curb crime in the city.

The Interior Minister announced housing scheme for journalists working in print and electronic media.

Commenting on politics, he said parliamentarians from opposition parties will not resign.
