Indian parliament passes Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization (Amendment) Bill, 2021

NEW DELHI: In another illegal move, the Indian parliament has passed the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization (Amendment) Bill 2021 to extend full applicability of Indian constitution over Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.                    

Explaining the Bill, Home Minister G K Reddy admitted that after the abrogation of Article 370 that gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir, it’s the first time all Indian laws are being implemented in the territory.                        

The bill will merge the existing cadre for Indian Services Officers of Jammu and Kashmir with Union Territories of Arunachal Pradesh, Goa and Mizoram.
