ISLAMABAD: Minister for Human Rights Dr. Shireen Mazari says government will introduce a new legal system within few days, according to which the accused in rape or sexual abuse cases would be prosecuted.

Talking to a private news channel, she said the law would be introduced after thorough debate on it in the Parliament.

The Minister said although strict law against such crimes already exists but the real issue is non-accessibility of women to justice due to social taboos which needs to be addressed on priority.
