RAWALPINDI: Former Prime Minister Mir Zafar Ullah Khan Jamali has passed away. He was 76.
He was critically ill for many days after he contracted Covid-19. He was on ventilator support after his health deteriorated.
Minister for Religious Affairs Pir Noor-ul-Haq Qadri expressed deep sorrow and grief over the sad demise of Zafarullah Jamali.
In a condolence message on Wednesday, he said Pakistan has lost a great patriot and experienced politician and his services politics will soon be remembered for a long.
He prayed that Allah Almighty may give him high ranks in Jannah.
