Four Frontier Corps soldiers and one Levies Sub inspector embraced shahadat during terrorist attack on security forces vehicle in Spinwam, North Waziristan on Saturday.

According to ISPR, those who embrace shahadat include Havaldar Zahid, Havaldar Ishaq, Lance Naik Wali, Lance Naik Abdul Majeed and Sub Inspector Javed.

Clearance operation is in progress to eliminate any terrorist found in the area.

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhary Fawad Hussain, State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib and Interior Minister Shaikh Rasheed have condemned the terrorist attack on a vehicle of security forces in North Waziristan.

In their separate statements today, they have expressed sorrow and grief over martyrdom of soldiers of Pak Army and lavy force in the incident.

They said the nation stands by the security forces in the war on terror and their sacrifices will not go in vain.
