Egypt security forces killed 18 militants
In Egypt, 18 militants were killed when government forces thwarted a major terror attack on a security post in Beir al-Abd area of Sinai province.
In a statement, Egyptian Army said two soldiers were also killed and four others injured in the terrorist assault.
