Death anniversary of Muzaffar Warsi being observed today
LAHORE: The 10th death anniversary of renowned Naat Khawan and poet, Muzaffar Warsi is being observed on Thursday.
He was born on December 23rd, 1933 in Meath, India.
Among his publications were a collection of various poetry genres and autobiography entitled “Gaye dinon ka suraagh”.
He was honoured with Pride of Performance by the government of Pakistan.
Muzaffar Warsi died on in Lahore on this day in 2011.
