LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has chaired an important meeting of Ittehad Bain-ul-Muslimeen Committee in Lahore.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister lauded the role of Ittehad Bain-ul-Muslimeen Committee for promotion of religious harmony in the province.
The Chief Minister directed the concerned authorities to ensure fool proof security arrangements during Muharram ul Haram.
Meanwhile, the meeting of Ittehad Bain Ul Muslimeen Committee has supported and appreciated the decision of the government of Pakistan about not recognising Israel.
In a joint statement, the participants of the meeting said that the role played by the Ulema and religious community in the creation and development of Pakistan is a bright chapter of our history.
