KABUL: In Afghanistan, 12 people were killed and eight others wounded during clashes and airstrikes in northern Takhar province on Thursday.
According to official, the clashes erupted between security forces and Taliban militants in Hazara Qeshlaq, in the outskirts of capital Taluqan city.
