BEIJING: China has urged the United States to stop abusing state power to crackdown on foreign companies.
During a regular news briefing at Beijing on Monday, Chinese foreign ministry's spokesman Wang Wenbin said China will continue to uphold legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies.
The statement comes after American stock exchange Nasdaq said it will remove four Chinese companies’ shares from indexes in response to a U.S order.
