China urges ASEAN members to work together to remove external disruption in South China Sea

KUALALUMPUR: China has urged the members of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) to work together to remove external disruption in the South China Sea.

This was stated by China's State Councillor and  Foreign Minister Wang Yi during a joint a news conference with Malaysia’s Foreign Minister Hishammuddin Hussein.

Wang Yi is on a visit to Malaysia as part of a short Southeast Asian tour.
