Car bomb blast kills four in Afghanistan
In Afghanistan, four people have been killed and twenty others injured in a car bomb blast in Mehtarlam city of Laghman province.
According to official sources, the convoy of Governor Laghman province Rahmatullah Yarmal was targeted in which he survived.
