Banking Mohtasib’s role vital in resolution of issues: President
ISLAMABAD: President Dr. Arif Alvi says stable institutions play a pivotal role in the development of nations.
Addressing a seminar titled "Banking Mohtasib-An alternative dispute resolution forum" in Islamabad on Thursday, he said importance of further strengthening the institutions is increasing with the passage of time.
The President said internet banking is also increasing in the current era. He said maintaining the record is easy with the help of digital transactions.
He said all Mohtasibs provide immediate and free of cost relief to the aggrieved parties. The President said Banking Mohtasib is playing an important role in quick resolution of the issues.
He urged the banking sector to improve their communication with customers. He said progress of the Information Technology has given a new dimension to the matters in the present era.
