KARACHI – Gold prices in Pakistan remained unchanged on Monday, June 23, 2025, reflecting steady global trends and sustained investor interest amid regional uncertainty.
According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold was recorded at Rs358,465 per tola, while 10 grams of 24-karat gold stood at Rs307,069. The rate of 22-karat gold was Rs328,403 per tola, and 10 grams was priced at Rs281,480.
Silver also held firm, trading at Rs3,878 per tola, with no major movement observed in the domestic bullion market.
The prices remained consistent across key cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Sialkot, and Hyderabad, with traders reporting moderate buying activity.
Analysts said the stable gold prices were linked to safe-haven demand in response to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. However, a stronger US dollar and expectations of high interest rates may keep prices in check in the short term.
Gold has remained range-bound over the past week, with only minor fluctuations. Dealers expect the current trend to continue unless a major shift occurs in global markets.
