ISTANBUL: Turkey and Ukraine have signed a military cooperation agreement as an effort to counterbalance Russia’s dominance in the Black Sea region.
The agreement was signed in Istanbul that was overseen by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
