Women T20: Eng beat Pak to win Series

England women team beat Pakistan by 81 runs in the second and the final match to win the series by 2-0.
Host England scored 162 runs at the loss of 7 wickets at the last T20 match of the series at Loughborough. Daniela Wyatt and Sara Taylor scored 41 and 35 runs respectively while Pakistan's Asmavia Iqbal took 4 wickets. In reply, Pakistan women cricket team managed to score 81 runs at the loss of 5 wickets in the allocated 20 overs. Bismah Maroof and Sana Mir scored 29 and 24 runs. England's Daniela Wyatt was declared the player of the match. End. |
