Rigging: are we ready to address the issue?

News are there of rigging in the elections, Imran Khan says has ample evidence to prove his claim of poll rigging. We may all agree on the pint but the problem lies in addressing the issue. Can the ECP muster up courge to act especially when 'Bhai' threatened with dire coInsequences?

Election commission should go for electronic voting system atleast in cities .For this purpose ATM machines of banks can be used for those voters who use AtM cards. For other voters having mobile phone same can be done by sending them confidential code of their vote through SmS.This will significantly reduce rigging atleast in cities. For towns and villages traditional system with strict scrutiny of thumb impression and voters photo must be done to avoid rigging.

Dedicated electronic voting machine is the only answer to vote rigging. Like INDIA already has it for last 12 years. But I am doubtful, it will ever implemented.
No matter how many thump print, laser eye scan, no matter what fraudster will always be ahead of the game, like PML N and PPP. Since these two parties
have stashed billions at home and abroad.
