Rigged poll or not!!!

The Free and Fair Election Network (FAFEN) (a social organization) revealed that the elections were badly rigged across the country as the polling turnout was witnessed more than 100 per cent and at some polling stations, the turnout was recorded more than 200 and 300 percent.
Apart from that, all politcial parties from the very first day of polling day alleged that the elections 2013 has been rigged. Every political party supporters take to the streets in protest. Meanwhile, ECP decided to review complaints lodged against rigging.
a: Do you support that ECP should held May 2013 elections again? b: If yes, what are the chances that the re-election process will be free and fair? c: What processes should be taken by ECP in order to conduct free and fair elections?

News are there of rigging in the elections, Imran Khan says has ample evidence to prove his claim of poll rigging. We may all agree on the pint but the problem lies in addressing the issue. Can the ECP muster up courge to act especially when 'Bhai' threatened with dire coInsequences?

Election commission should go for electronic voting system atleast in cities .For this purpose ATM machines of banks can be used for those voters who use AtM cards. For other voters having mobile phone same can be done by sending them confidential code of their vote through SmS.This will significantly reduce rigging atleast in cities. For towns and villages traditional system with strict scrutiny of thumb impression and voters photo must be done to avoid rigging.

Dedicated electronic voting machine is the only answer to vote rigging. Like INDIA already has it for last 12 years. But I am doubtful, it will ever implemented.
No matter how many thump print, laser eye scan, no matter what fraudster will always be ahead of the game, like PML N and PPP. Since these two parties
have stashed billions at home and abroad.
