The Supreme Court in a detailed judgment in the Mian Shahbaz Sharif case has observed that the government had not produced any agreement under which the Sharif family had been sent on exile to Saudi Arabia.

By announcing return, PML-N President Mian Shahbaz Sharif has took the risk to annoy all, including his elder brother Mian Nawaz Sharif, major ally in the ARD Benazir Bhutto, Saudi rulers and the ruling military authorities in Pakistan.

Saudi Government has given guarantee to Musharraf that the Sharifs would not return to Pakistan until 2010. On the other hand the crackdown on the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) workers, leaders and activists is continued, as more raids and arrests were reported.

Mian Shahbaz Sharif has made confirmation of his and his four family members tickets for 10th of May to return back to Pakistan via Abu Dhabi.Flight no. GF 6 and than depart for Lahore through GF 6 on 11th May.
