No doubt it's too early to say that Imran Khan has changed the political mind set of Pakistan people, however Khan's strong political combat at Lahore Iqbal park's public meeting has not only astonished many of Pakistan's old politicians but also treated as major breakthrough in Pakistan's recent politics.

It is fact that Imran was not taken seriously by Pakistan political ruling class, even not treated as threat to existing political system. However his public meeting at strong hold of PML-N, where he managed successfully the show of public power, the well charged and educated crowd, especially the modern class, comprising women and middle to high class family's participation that never attended any such public meeting before was strong enough to streamline Imran's PTI in main politics of Pakistan.

Adding fuel to fire the leading Pakistan pop singers, Shahzad Roy and Strings joined PTI's rally and performed on rally with their national and revolutionary songs, whereas many famous media anchor person were also on stage as observers.

In his meeting other then criticizing the ruling class, Imran also covered briefly PTI's domestic and foreign political agenda. For domestic politics Imran warned Pakistan politician (especially ruling class) to declare their assets or ready for civil disobedience movement. In foreign politics Imran asked India to withdraw forces from Kashmir, and to American to stop drone attacks on Pakistan. He further said that he would help America for graceful withdrawal from Afghanistan.

On one hand we see it as Khan's great success, however on other hand still many people especially old politicians and political intellects consider it as an illusion and still consider PTI as week political party of Pakistan having only Imran as sole leader and criticize that there is no 2nd and 3rd level leadership in party hence suggesting Imran to struggle further for another 15 years to make his PTI as main party which can impact on electoral results.

So keeping in view both side views

1:- Do you think Imran Khan in general and PTI in specific as third big political party in next elections and do you think Imran as real threat to current ruling class (PPP and PML-N)?

2:- Knowing the fact that PTI is now popular in two provinces Punjab and KPA, how many national and provincial seats PTI can concede in next elections?

3:- Keeping in view Imran strong opinion against American's war on terror and his friendship with Jamati-Islami Paksitan leadership, do you think Imran as threat to western Interests?

4:- As Imran's PTI is still considered as week and one man party. In your opinion what steps should PTI take to keep its political party strong and keep this momentum going?

Aslam, Oman - 04 November, 2011

Imran is absolutly the future of pakistan, if not today but will be Insa'Allah tomorrow.
We need not only educated but WELL EDUCATED person to be our leader, PML and PPP and terrorist party MQM have no self respect then what expectations we can have from them for the country.
- In regards to the questions
1 : I'm personally not involved in any political party or in favourism of any but i would say i have heard all of them and none of them make any sense but Imran Khan, i feel the internal truth when he speaks, his reviews and examples he have set for us (Shoukat khanum hospita, Nam'l UV etc)
2 If there would be fair elections (no hanky phanky) then PTI is the winner (even though i understand existing ruling parties can buy votes but can't earn it and earning is different than buying) existing parties have buying power but can't earn
3:Imran is not threat to anything but the solution of many problems, Western media is flipping pakistan with their choice and that should be stopped and that's what Imran is trying to do
4 : Though PTI is weak party but only due to have educational problems in our country, 90% of educated people are supporting Imran , Imran has set his goals when he would in power (in my opinion)

He is educated man, his mistakes would be in educated way which are always less harmfull than these existing Dumbes
Please Awake Up pakistan please

1:- Do you think Imran Khan in general and PTI in specific as third big political party in next elections and do you think Imran as real threat to current ruling class (PPP and PML-N)?

No i dont think, because in pakistan votes are given by only ignorant, illeterate people the elite class and upper middle class dont vote as they consider it as a waste of time. The people who are surrounding imran khan are mostly one of them..

2:- Knowing the fact that PTI is now popular in two provinces Punjab and KPA, how many national and provincial seats PTI can concede in next elections?

PTI cant get more than 2 seats..I bet on it..

3:- Keeping in view Imran strong opinion against American's war on terror and his friendship with Jamati-Islami Paksitan leadership, do you think Imran as threat to western Interests?

Imran khan is one of establishment pawn like Qazi and general hameed gul.I cant aspect any thing from this man.

4:- As Imran's PTI is still considered as week and one man party. In your opinion what steps should PTI take to keep its political party strong and keep this momentum going?

Yes it is a weak party and one man show keeps on till election. when imran gives tickets to people like jazi khan then what could aspect from him.PTI has no future in pakistan..

pakistani, Pakistan - 04 November, 2011

i love you imran bhai

jansher, Pakistan - 06 November, 2011

CAn Imran Khan himself win MNA election?

PMLN is only Political party whose leader ship has vision for this country All others have clever words only.

I like PMLN because it has following distinctions over other parties
Atom Bomb
2 time Prime Minister Ship Experience
Motorway
Danish Schools
Kitchen Gardening
Yellow CAB scheme
IT institutions
Fight against DENGUE
Merit Scholarships
CM Debate and Essay Competitions
and much more..........which other parties (including pti) do not have at all

so simple Shaukat Khanam is good world cup is nice but NAWAZ SHARIF IS A BETTER CHOICE AT ALL.....

MUHAMMAD JAHANZAIB, - 21 November, 2011

I think the party which lacks leadership at every level is PPP; On top is Zardari who came by chance; Gillani? do you think he's a leader? come on? whoelse? Bilawal maybe! are you kidding me? At provincial level all I see are zombies. PML (N) has got leaders but I think they are not being given the chance to come forward. Nawaz Sharif doesnt qualify as a leader. He on his cant mobilise masses. His brother has that spark but big brother won't let him come forward for big brother is not that mature. But there are leaders like Hashmi, Nisar and others.
PTI is complete different phenomenon, the party is evolving and there are many people who can become leaders and that means they have to go through tests. PTI has a strong captain and we'll know about the other players when they are put to test like next general elections. PTI will produce leaders of it's own, thats for sure. It's just the natural course of things that we dont see any at the moment.
Americans themselves are realizing the silliness which made them go into war in Afghanistan, so no, IK is not against western interests and if he is that should be for our interests. We should be looking for own interests rather than worrying about west's.
If I have to forecast... PPP will lose most of it's vote bank. It will hit the lowest bottom.. it's just a matter of time. PML(N) may find itself broken into yet another faction if it doesnt sort out the leadership problem. PTI... well it depends.. IK is charismatic and convincing with great managerial qualities but he has to recruit leaders and lead them... IK will be a major player in next assembly but HE HAS TO SHOW HIS TRICKS TO EARN MORE!
