Dr. Qadeer, A National Hero or....

Dr. Qadeer Khan widely - The Founder of Pakistan’s Nuclear Program is regarded as a national hero for helping Pakistan to become seventh nuclear power. Pakistan successfully tested its nuclear capability in May 1998. In March 2001 President Musharraf made him his adviser in science and technology. In 2004 he was sacked form this position and was put under house arrest after his confession of passing nuclear secrets to other countries. In his Televised address Dr Khan offered his regrets and apologies and took full responsibility for his actions. But later he revealed that he made that declaration under state pressure. On 9th Feb 2009 A.Q Khan was finally released form his house detention.
Q. Do you think that President Musharraf decision was right in keeping Dr A.Q Khan under house arrest? ?
Q. Do you think that free Dr Khan is liability for Pakistan security against American interest? ?
Q. Do you still consider Dr Khan as Pakistan national hero? ?

May Allah bless Dr. Khan, he is not only the hero of our nation but all of the muslim ummah. Pervaiz Musharraf was a traitor, coward, lier, cheapster and he traited Pakistan. Dr. Khan spent a major part of his life in making Pakistan the only atomic power of muslim world. Peoples associated with the development of Atomic bomb were punished by our own Pakistani traitors like
Gen (r)Coward Pervaiz Traitor, punished Nawaz Sharif and HON DR. Khan, and he was obviously backed by USA and Israel (India also). Dr. Khan is again house arrested by the political government lead by his majesty, his highness Mr. 100%. As i think so there is no need to elaborate who is Mr. 100% Lolz.... Ending here so that i might not be able to stop myself and hope that PakTribune will not edit my or not publish my beautiful comments. Dr. Khan you are not a hero, you are a legend. May Allah cure you from cancer and cure all our nation from these traitors which are more worse than cancer. Ameen

Dr. Khan is a liability |
US wants to interrogate Dr. Khan. US can promise green card to a Generals's son or 100,000 dollars in swiss bank account of some Army General and Dr. Khan will be on one way ticket to USA where he will spend rest of his life in company of people like Norega. It is not a question of "If" but "When".
He will have to decide whether he wants to spend his life in jail or he is willing to give names of his contacts. If he gives away the names of his contact men who helped him , then he is No Hero. If he decides to spend his life in jail then he is not on hero. So verdict is still out.
When last time he appeared on TV, and confessed to charges, he demonstrated, that he does not have what makes him in Hero's material in him.
Dr. Khan may not agree but Musharraf saved him by not surrendering him to USA. New army Chief does not owe Dr. Khan nothing. He might exchange Dr. Khan for a few fighter aircrafts as all military generals do.
If he was in jail or house arrest Dr. Khan was more secure but now he is on his own. So Good Luck to him.
From General's perspective (and this perspective is all that counts) he is definitely a liability, just like obama is.

He wanted to proliferate nuclear science to any country, which had money to pay him. North Korea is not Islamic, why he was helping them, for money only.
Anyways our bomb was not made by him, it was imported from china, I should know, I work at the center. A Q Khan has insulted us in front of the whole world. the world thinks we are all liars.

NO MATTER IN ANY COUNTRY TO UPHOLD NATIONS SECRET TECHNOGY IS A PARAMOUNT CONCERN, WHAT DR KHAN DID WAS A BIGGEST BLUNDER, SOLD THE NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGY FOR MONEY IS SERIOUS CRIME, IN MY OPINION HE SHOULD BE EXCUTED FOR HIS ACTIONS, I AM APPALLED THE PRESENT GOVT IS SETTING HIM FREE.
THE WORLD WOULD BE IN GRAVE DANGER IF HE IS A FREE MAN AGAIN,ONCE A CHEAT ALWAYS A CHEAT, CANNOT TAKE CHANCES. HE SHOULD BE IMPRISONED FOR LIFE, SO THAT REST OF THE WORLD CAN BREATH EASY.

Ans: No, The decision was wrong. Mussharraf did made Dr A.Q Khan a scape goat to protect or save Pak army and Pakistan government from the world. Actually Pakistan government and Pakistan army provided the Nuclear technologies to North Korean and Iran. Dr A.Q. Khan was used as scapegoat by then Pakistan military rular Musharraf.

Ans: There is no harm to set Dr Khan free. Actually Pakistan has axed its own feet by arresting Dr Khan, Dr A.Q Khan a scientist who made Pakistan to be counted in the world was kept a house arrest. Shame for Pakistan government and Mushurraf.

Ans: He is still a hero for Pakistan. Pakistan should give same respect to Dr A.Q Khan what India gives to its most respected scientist Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Ajad. Look at India and learn something from It, look where India and Indian Governement keeps Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Ajad under whoos leadership India developed Thurmo nuclear device. India keeps Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Ajad it's most respected scientist over its forhead and keeps shafe in its eyes. No politician can say anything wrong about Dr. A. P. J and no politician has any dare to say that. Learn Pakistan learn something from you Bigbrother India.

After taking into account the comments and judgments of all i wanna say something also...
To call a person zero or traitor who has given us the name in history, in world is the most pethatic thing i felt.the pakistanis should be rather realistic than emotional.let see 1st who's giving our image a bad name???its we ourselves...y not we dare to refuse the blames being made over us?
no doubt he made a kind of proliferqtion let 1st guess what motives are behind this?BTW its not money at all my dear nationals...
he sold it to N.K bcz Pakistan was not having advanced arsenal delivery system bt n.k did possess.the world relation is built on GIVE & TAKE...
he did dive us the deterrence against indian, zionist n american designs.not forget he's a human being n no 1 is perfect....
