SC has given an historic verdict in Asghar Khan case and directed action against Gen Aslam Baig and Lt Gen Asad Durrani through the FIA:

1. Will FIA also investigate the politicians who received the money?

2. Could Rs. Sixty million or so that were distributed temper effectively with the election results?

3. Why did President Ishaq Khan want PPP not to win?

4. Was Benazir a security threat as alleged by some of the agencies then?

Reader Comments:

Would somebody clearly tell me and the rest of the wold where the money came from? Was it from the budgets of ISI, IB, or Pakistan Army? What was the role of the then finance minister in this robbery? Or did Ishaq Khan use his civil service experience to procure it from somewhere else?
