Charred body parts littered the road flanked by giant plums of fire wafting upward from several burning vehicles as two powerful blasts struck the specially modified lorry of the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto upon her return from Dubai after an eight-year long self exile.
Ms Bhutto, who remained unhurt, was leading a 3 kilometers-long procession at the main highway of the commercial hub of Pakistan, Shara-e-Faisal- standing behind the bullet proof screen of a specially modified lorry equipped with bomb jammers and cordoned off by some 300 trained security guards throughout her journey.
The explosions, which occurred within two minutes, were declared an act of a suicide bomber within half an hour by the police.
However, Security agencies contest each other’s claims regarding suicide bombing.
The bomb disposal squad doubts that it was a suicide attack. “ It seems if the bombs were planted either in two of vehicles or along the footpath”, a senior bomb disposal squad said. Eyewitnesses are also skeptical bout the suicide bombing claims. “ I was clinging to the lorry when I saw a police vehicle tossed in the air with a powerful explosion. I fell on the ground, and lost my senses”, Niaz Ali, one of the security guards surrounding Ms Bhutto’s motorcade said.
Before the explosions, the area Ms Bhutto’s procession passing through was surprisingly in dark as the street lights were switched off as soon as dusk approached making the task easier for the terrorists.
“ This was not the act of militants. An intelligence agency is involved in the attack”, Asif Zardari, the spouse of Ms Bhutto told a local TV channel”, Mr Zardari says demanding a through investigation as regards involvement of the intelligence agency in the terrorist attack.
Farhatullah Babar, the spokesman of Ms Bhutto told newsmen that she has demanded of General Musharraf to remove the head of IB from his office, who according to her is responsible for the terrorist attack.

Respect to Bhutto
If the supporters really wanted to show their leader respect - even in death, they would refrain from the disgusting violence, burning, etc that they are doing right now. She was against that - or are her people saying she wanted it that way - I think not. Or are those in the streets the extremists who killed her in the first place and they are allowed to "run amoke". The people should now be concentrating on finding the real murderers and not running around like crazy chickens. They should show that Bhutto was a person who really was working for the people - by not doing what they are doing now. Shame!

Yesterday BB left for Dubai, and believe me she ain't coming back. She has a good life abroad with her 1.5 billion dollars. She is safe and secure in the west. Why would she come back to Pakistan, she will make any excuse not to come back. In Pakistan not only her life is in danger but supreme court may deny her 3rd time primereship or immunity for prosecution.

The recent bombs explosions in Karachi near the convoy of Benazir Bhutto was a strange occurrence since how accurately she forecast of attack on herself but then added “a Muslim cannot attack a woman since he knows that he will be burn into hell”, just a day earlier prior to her departure from Dubai remains a biggest question.
It all started, when Benazir Bhutto who was in exile for the last 8 years, managed to strike a deal with Gen. Pervez Musharraf for possible power sharing agreement. A deal which surprises everyone, as how a politicians can go low in their characters in hunt for PM post with military rulers.
Although, President Pervez Musharraf has been asked to step down from this army post, but it raises more questions, as how Benazir Bhutto who has so many corruption cases against her, will be allowed to become PM of Pakistan for the 3rd time. The most shameful act in this situation, as how Pervez Musharraf can make changes in the constitution, which does not allow a two times served PM for run for office for the 3rd time.
What kind of politics is this? If all the cases against Benazir Bhutto was to be dropped, after she looted the country while holding the post of PM twice, then why not corruption cases against Nawaz Shariff also been dropped and why not he should be allowed to return to Pakistan as well.
Now the question of attack on Benazir Bhutto convey on 18 October, it is not just another bloody chapter added in the history of violence of Karachi, but also put our heads down in shame, as how the political survival game will let us witness such a horrific act of violence. The latest investigation into the so-called suicide attack has produce 2 attackers, but no solid proof.
It has been revealed that head of the suicide bomber was found, but how come police are so sure that it belongs to the suicide bomber and not the innocent by-standers? Are those people who came to welcome the Former PM were without heads?
If a suicide bomber was to attack Bhutto, he could have done it while she was standing on the deck of the truck, and not when she has gone down to take rest nearly after 12 hours of stay on the deck. How come Benazir Bhutto was so sure that so-called Al-Qaeda is planning to assassinate her, like we have seen in previous 2 attacks on President Musharraf that, when ever he needs a public support, he survives the attacks.
Is this latest bomb attack is also one of those attacks which is not intended to kill, but just to gain public support and trust, time will tell us. As far as the number of people died in the bomb attack is concern, on the politician’s calculators these numbers keeps on adding, the more numbers added, the more sympathy and votes will come, that is for sure.

Every pakistani should now have a cool head on his shoulders rather than supporting BB on sentiments. Who got advantage out of the blast? ie: no-more rallies to challenge the sponsored show of so called popularity- even ASfand wali can out perform herin karachi without gettting individuials from the interior. Next, an air of sympathy for the PPP. and last but not the least hatred against the General. My considered opinion is that she will be used to draw out our nuclear assets of which only Israel is afraid. Sikh list- which movement otherwise could have altered the geo-politiocal map of the area-was handed over to the Indians. This is still in the minds of the Pakistanis.
Who then could hsve engineered the blast? and now the insistance of American Govt:to join the investigation- more to find out what the pakistanis manage to find out and if possible to off track - rather than to help- interesting?

Karachi attack has become a joke. Benazir along with her advisor ex DG FIA are playing double game, their target is corruption cases and elimination of those government servants which have any clue of their dishonesty. Slave mindset Makhdooms’ could be seen sitting on the stairs of ISI head quarter begging for alms. Generals who have received valuable gifts and hospitality, during negotiation of deal at Dubai, all haram and looted money of DG FIA and Zardari was used in hospitality.
Interesting part is allegations such as: DG IB, CM Sindh and Punjab, NAB ex bureaucrat, ex DG ISI, Zia Baqiat, and Al Qaeda, Taliban, Islamic extremists, anti-democratic forces, and peoples of Tribal areas, Terrorists of PPP, and all Pakistan except ISI, Mush and MQM. Why this is not a joke?
Representatives of imperialism are now requesting removal of police officers and appointment of their favorites. Peoples are saying she is “diaper baby” of generals, where as whole PPP lickspittles are justifying orange revolution under umbrella of uniform. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto who act as ladie of Sikandar Mirza and wrote him in a letter greater then Jinnah, later he renamed daddy to Ayub Khan, it is called basic policy of Bhutto ism. “Zinda Hay Bhutto Zinda Hay” means continuity of slavery of dictator, and Jiala means “batman of Genrrals”, convicted killer means “Shaheed”.
Remarkable part is allegation against “Zia Baqiat”, who criminally put $1.5 billion in her pouch. NRO is approved jointly by Mush, Ch; Shujaat (Son of Zahoor Elahi), grand son of Ayub Khan (to whom PPP called dog), Son of Gen Zia, Son of Gen Akhter Abdul Rahman and drafted by Zia era serving generals now working on civilian posts. Shame on PPP for happily accepting “baby feeder” which shut their mouth for ever, so called revolutionaries and flag bearers of imperialism have lost their credibility for ever. America has chosen greedy, corrupt and impious friends like Mush, MQM and PPP, how neo-cons war on terror could be successful with the help of such criminals.
Another funny allegation is letter of Osama bin Laden to slaughter Benazir. How Osama can kill his darling, who created Taliban to provide safe heaven to him. All archeological heritage of Afghanistan was shifted to Surrey Palace in boxes worth billions. Please check websites of lost heritage of Afghanistan and names who possess valuables. It is a crime under UN charter.
Asif Zardari says it is work of government agencies and Ch; Shujaat says that Benazir and Zardai plotted their selves, Mumtaz Bhutto, Ghinva Bhutto and Fatima Bhutto’s statements are also on record. Who paid Rs 30 million for show? Why police is searching terrorists of PPP? Why black, white, green and orange turbans Mullahs are sitting at Bilawal House? Why western media is told dissimilar stories?
All such bomb blast drama is for the safety to divert attention of public from NRO, corruption cases, gathering future election sympathies, enrollment of favorites on sensitive posts before elections, stopping opposition parties from election campaign, and trying to put veil on the shameful faces of PPP workers who are not in a position to face public etc. This is all game plan looks like part of the Abu Dhabi deal.
With in two three days after arrival all cases are adjourned by corrupt courts, in the presence of red warrants, court deserter, convicted in crimes, why government is not arresting her? How it is possible that establishment and courts where peoples hang for years are now so efficient that right from ECL to money of Zulfiqar Bhutto Trust, each matter is being settled in minutes.
Sherpao is looking hand of Waziristan, why he is not looking hand of those which are killed by Zardari and murder cases are in courts like Murtaza Bhutto and his friends, Aalam Baloch ex Federal Secretary, Senior workers of PPP who were driven out of party ignoring their services, PPP dishonored workers which are shameful on deal, divide and rule policy of neo-imperialists, terrorists of MQM on high Sindh government posts. People’s party is famous for falsification, bullying others, and distributing sweets on dead bodies. When Bhutto was hanged hardly 2000 PPP Jialas came out of their homes.

US delivers 30 copters to Pakistan to help fight extremism

ISLAMABAD: The US Ambassador Anne W Patterson said that it was the dire need of hour that Pakistan and USA continue combine efforts to fight against extremism, terrorism and bring peace and stability to the region.
She said this acceptance and transfer of 25 Bell-412 helicopters to Army at Dhamial.US handed over 30 military helicopters to help fight extremism officials said.
Pakistan’s army was an asset to “to our combined effort to fight extremism and bring peace and stability to the region,” Patterson said in a statement.
“This event demonstrates the continued commitment of the US to cooperate with Pakistan,” she said.
As part of a 235-million dollar project, Pakistan leased the Bell-412 helicopters from the US, which provided the resources and manpower training to run them, the US embassy said. The director general of army aviation, Major General Syed Taqi Naseer Rizvi, said, the helicopters “would go a long way in helping fortify the country’s capability to effectively combat the menace of terrorism.”
The US in February this year handed over eight other Cobra attack helicopters to boost Pakistan’s military capability against extremists.

I like musharaff work so far and he has succeeded more that any other politician in the past history of pakistan, But I have one question to ask him, How he feel USA nuclear deal with India, and We are the true ally to USA in war against terrorism. What a Paradox!
My answers to the questions are as follows :-
1)keeping the given circumstances in mind, do you think it was a suicide attack?
I am inclined to say that, it was a well planned sacrificial drama of which Benazir was the main player. Otherwise, why did she bluntly refuse President Musharraf's advice to review the timing of her return? Why she conveniently descended into triple reinforced inner refuge of the armoured vehicle, just before the attack? Why the highly sensitive jamming devices and other detectors of hostile materials, capable of effectively detecting and incapacitating them from a very long and safe distance of 2 km., which were installed and carried in a specially imported vehicle leading her armoured carrier-truck, failed at the right time when the electric power tripped and street lights went out? Why she immediately gave statement that 3 people were involved in the attack? Why she called the attackers "people" and not "terrorists"? What prompted her to foretell the British administration that, she was expecting attack on her convoy on return to Pakistan? What made her sure that she would remain completely safe after the horrible attack? etc.
2) If yes, who could be behind that?
I cannot easily agree that, it was a suicide attack. Based upon intriguing circumstances given above, I am of the view that, it was an engineered attack having all intricate elements to confuse investigators. Such delicate details are not even thinkable, knowing the capabilities and resources of conventional suicide bombers. Those who planned the attack had full knowledge about our national psych and how to use it for their maximum advantage.
3)And If no, then what kind of advantage government and Benazir want to achieve?
As the Chief Minister of Sindh had innocently stated with his limited insight that, Benazir was saved by the "Sacrificial Goats", slaughtered at various shrines to forestall any dangers bedeviling her, I am to correct him that, she actually sacrificed lives of over 150 of her front-line Jiyalas to forewarn those trying to be close and influence her.
4)It has become a fashion in Pakistan to declare any terrorism related incident as a result of suicide attack. What do you say?
I agree that, it is our general trend to call any such incident as a suicide attack without waiting for the investigation results. Karachi Killing in Bomb Blast
Who is responsible for killing and wounding innocent people at reception rally of Mst Bhutto held at Karachi, on 18 October 2007?
Culprits directly blasting bomb on the rally have passed away at the scene and only their heads remained behind to give some clue to help in investigation. Obviously investigating agencies will be tasked to unveil elements behind the scene that masterminded the blasting as well as their motives.
During investigation the agencies are suggested not to ignore determining factors that facilitated blasting by providing them a good target. As per newspapers Mst Bhutto had received early warning about the bomb blasting. She could have easily pre-empted the incidence by changing her schedule of return. On arrival at Karachi Airport she herself observed large gathering of people on her route. Reportedly his one guard died of suffocation before the terrible incidence occurred. Her motorcade covered half a Kilometer journey in 10 hours and during this long time people comprising inner security cordon around her was not served with any food. Is it humanely possible for security personnel to remain alert and on toe for such a length of time?
Secondly what benefits would have accrued to her and people at large for stretching the rally over so a long time? Was it a show of force? Was its aim at getting innocent people killed for winning sympathies of the people for political purposes? One fails to understand the objectives for arranging such a large un-organized rally. Reception could have been accorded by stalwarts of the party and there was no need to collect people from all over the country involving lavish expenditure in money and time. This could have saved killing of innocent citizens as well as the people of Karachi from inconvenience and closure of their business. Investigating agencies should consider these points and determine elements for facilitating bomb blasting as well. Allegation against security agencies for not providing tight and fool proof security arrangements is unjustified. Reportedly two police vehicles close to the truck carrying Mst Bhutto were destroyed and thirty personnel met martyrdom at the spot as result of this horrifying incidence. These personnel must be awarded for sacrificing their lives while on duty.
Concerned authorities are requested to take serious notice of this horrifying incidence for initiating appropriate measures to check their recurrence. Un-organized rallies at large scale are nothing but a mob which always envisages for dangerous consequences.

Federal Ministry of Interior and Government of Sindh have made suicide bombing a joke, soon after any terrorist’s activity they started to pressurize that it is suicide attack. Mockery behind this statement is to raise finger against clergy, Pushtoons or Baloch peoples. All such citizens in War on terror dictionary are Taliban or Al Qaida. The planning had been going on for over a month. The 130,000 people who were brought to welcome her in trucks and buses from allover the province(how many of them were paid is still not clear). In addition there were 20,000 police and paramilitary personnel for her protection. All to no avail. It ended in a bloodbath, remind us once again of the volatile nature of politics in Pakistan.
More trouble lies ahead. Benazir may be the preferred politician of Washington and the EU, but the Supreme Court is considering five separate petitions to reject the Ordnance that pardons corrupt politicians. Were the court to accept these petitions, Ms Bhutto would have to serve time in prison. This would not displease the government. They would pretend to bow before the dictates of justice.

Attack on Benazir and resemblance of political situation with Iraq-1
Targeted attack on PPP rally at Karachi left many questions un-answered, but as a Pakistani national now we are expert to view such acts with our own vision educated by statements of national and international media, Government of Pakistan and victims.
“Project of the new American Century” have taught us lessons to learn goals and achievements of United States and strategies conducted by CIA. Practical applicability of those projects in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan has been matured and now we can talk about results. Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz and other neo-conservative philosophers are fascist in nature and their policy is no more secret and a student of political science could easily collect pieces of their strategic puzzle with little wisdom. A lot of world renowned scholars have already commented on this subject, to use litmus test on recent Benazir policies and its co-relation with neo-conservatives and comparison and resemblance to Iraq policy.

For the political advertisement of the most corrupt politicians of our country, hundreds of my country's poor and innocent people are slaughtered. That is what our intelligence agencies, our politicians, and our military and civil establishments do when they need to do it to achieve the ‘desired’ results. The irony is that our innocent people do not even think on these questions, why somebody is brought from self-exiled now? Why she was cleared of all charges of corruptions? Why the two foes are made friends? What they want to achieve? What could be the agenda? How will they try to achieve that agenda? Alas! They would think about these questions before emotionally jump on to those bandwagons to become Jiyalas, Josheelas and Jan-nisarans for somebody who has looted their money to amazed billions of dollars and palaces in foreign countries. Why we make such people our gods or goddesses so easily? Why we forgive them so easily? I am unable to understand that but I know that how these corrupt establishments mobilize the emotional people of my country to come for someone like Benazir so they can get maximum ‘results’ out of the event they orchestrate.

What the so-called “liberal forces” of the country just wanted to show to their masters (who happen to be “Evangelical-cum-Judaic-Christians and corporate bigots rather than liberals) was that they were under threat from extremists in Pakistan and they should be supported by them in their so-called “fight against terrorism”. The people who are at the helms of the affairs are not public loving or they have any sympathy with the masses but their main concern is to come or stay in the power to have authority, prestige and loads of public money to further their empires. Who are Taliban and Al-Qaeda in Pakistan? They are, actually, the products of CIA, ISI, IB and other establishments like these. So, how can they strike like this without their masters? They just can not. I will request to my countrymen, please, for God sake, don’t be emotional and open your eyes to see the hidden forces working behind these political bigots and try to avoid to be killed so easily by them in such a high numbers. Please, don’t be fooled by thee greedy and corrupt politicians and establishments and avoid large public gatherings to safeguard yourselves and don’t make emotional attachments with this or that political family while choosing your leaders. We should be thinking that the blood of Benazir, Musharraf and Nawaz is not expensive than our own blood so why to spill it for those people? Why they have more security than the masses? Why, so far, no big name has been killed in so many of those blasts? Why Musharraf, Shaukat, Benazir, Sherpao are not killed in those blasts but only innocent people?

Condolence
I remember the day when Benazir and PPP leaders were cheering on murder of Jamia Hafsa Students. Fascists of PPP and MQM did not wait for the burial of dead bodies of innocent women and children. It was worst example of indiscreet and puerility. We never have thought that Raza Rabbani, Raja Pervez or other leaders would have barbarian mentality. How ever in civilised terms we condole deaths of poor workers of PPP, it was great tragedy in the history of Pakistan.
I will again remind that it is against values of civilised peoples to start criticism before the burial of dead bodies and without sharing grief of love ones.
Death is for every human being, rulers who are filling pockets with looted money must understand that each one has to leave this world, empty handed. Haughtiness on the basis of power is temporary.
We also pray that may Allah give wisdom to PPP leaders to take out some money out of their pockets for helping poor and devoted workers of PPP. It is tradition of Bhutto family and Makhdooms and Mujawirs of PPP to keep flow of one way traffic towards their pockets.
Last week workers of PPP were bearing breads in their hands written Roti in Urdu. Please help them on the name of humanity.

FOR THE VERY SAFETY OF POLITICIANS AND THE INNOCENT MASSES,WHO GET FOOLISHLY SUCKED IN THERE,PAKISTANIS POLITICAL LEADERS AND MASSES MUST REFRAIN FROM GIVING OUT STATEMENTS THAT CREATE NATIONAL DIVIDE.PAKISTAN CAN AND SHOULD SOLVE ITS PROBLEMS INTERNALLY AND THERE IS NO NEED OF BRINGING IN ANY OUTSIDERS MILITARY. OUR OWN ARMED FORCES REPRESENT ALL ETHNICITIES ROLLED UP INTO ONE,AND ARE PRONE TO LESS CRITICISM AND WELCOME TO RECONCILLIATIONS AND AMENDS,MUTUAL EMBRACE AS WE WILL HAVE TO SURVIVE TOGETHER.THE NATION HAS VERY SERIOUS QUESTIONS TO ASK ITSELF AS SUCH:

3)And If no, then what kind of advantage government and Benazir want to achieve?

NO ONE INCLUDING POLITICAL PARTIES OR THE GOVERNMENT WILL ACHIEVE ANY THING. IT WILL BE LIKE BUILDING CASTLES OF POVERTY ON HUMAN SKULLS,IF UNFORTUNATELY,WE SLIP INTO IRAQ TYPE SCENARIOS.NO BODY SHOULD EVEN BRING IN THE ALREADY EXALTED PLAYERS OF BURNING IRAQ OR AFGHANISTAN INTERACTING WITH PAK RELATED INTERNAL SECURITY.DON NOT EVEN MENTION OF SIMILAR ACTS TO BE PROMULGATED WITHIN PAK TERRITORIES.THEY ALL LAUGH WHEN OUR PEOPLE OR IRAQIS OR AFGHANIS DIE EXCEPT THAT FEW VESTED INTERESTS AMONG SAME POLITICIANS OR OTHERS FILL THEIR POCKETS WHILE THE POOR DIE. Pre-Planned Attack
I think it was a pre-planned action, just to get sympathy from Pakistani people by BB party. Due to the remarks BB made before coming to Pakistan her party and her fame in Pakistan was very low. This will help her to gain some strength to her party. It’s sad to see those entire people death and no one to be held responsible, not even BB who knew about the threat but she is so thirsty for the power that she will do anything to get back into Politics.
