ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism court has handed Cleric Lal Masjid Maulana Abdul Aziz to police on 7 days physical remand while his daughter has been sent to Jail on judicial remand

Abdul Aziz and his daughter Taybah Dua were presented before the Anti Terrorism court 2 on Thursday afternoon before Judge Sakhi Mohammad Kohoot amidst tight security.

Seven cases were registered against the Maulana which include terrorism, kidnapping of policemen, Auntie Shamim, six Chinese men and women under Pakistan Penal code 365/109, 452/353, 148/149,7H/7E, 21J/88. Asif Qayyum and Raja Yasin were the prosecuting lawyers.

Maulana Abdul Aziz was brought to court amidst tight security by Margalla police station Inspector Shahid Naeem along with his daughter Tayybah Dua alias Amina Abdullah.

The judge handed Maulana Abdul Aziz to the police on 7 day physical remand while his daughter has been sent to jail on judicial remand.

The next hearing of the case has been set for July 12.

Meanwhile during the hearing security forces manhandled journalists who were present at the court room to carry out their professional duties.

We cant only imagine how much strict study a student of a madarsa does,these people do as tuff study as a student of ICMAP does. So we cant say them illitrate,they are not illitrate.The purpose of giving education to child is only to make the child money making machine, this is what we are taking the imagine of the life.
