RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Baseball Federation has made a nominal profit of Rs 6.8 million from 7th Asia Baseball Championship.

On the other hand, Pakistan Sports Trust has announced to give a special grant of Rs .5 million (500,000) to Baseball Federation.

According to most reliable sources of Pakistan Baseball Foundation, it has been told that officials of Baseball Federation managed to attain heavy sponsorship from various sponsors in the championship that lasted for seven straight days in Pindi Cricket Stadium.

It has been further told that approximately expenditure worth Rs 3.2 million occurred from the championship while after the formal conclusion of the championship, Pakistan Baseball Federation made a nominal profit of Rs 6.8 million from 7th Asia Baseball Championship.
