ISLAMABAD, November 14 (Online): The business community and industrialists of federal capital full participate in the Expo being arranged by Punjab Haryana Dehli chamber of commerce and Industry.
This was stated by Abdul Rauf, President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) while addressing ICCI exhibition committee.
He further said that PHD chamber has announced to done certain portion of proceeds from the exhibition to the earthquake victims of Kashmir and NWFP.
He further said that they will request Indian Govt. for opening LoC for the betterment of affectees of both sides of Kashmir so that they could meet each other. Thus their suffering will reduce.
The meeting was attended by Senior Vice President Malik Sohail Hussain, Former President Tariq Sadiq, Chairman FPCCI Office Munawar Mughal, Former Vice President Khalid Mahmood Chaudhry and Chairman exhibition committee Karim Aziz Malik, Muhammad Ali, Zahid Maqbool, Muzammil Hussain Sabri and Ch. Muhammad Fayyaz.
Former President ICCI, Tariq Sadiq addressing the meeting said that efforts are being made to promote confidence-building measurement for the last one and half year and positive results are expected.
Munawar Mughal, Chairman FPCCI Islamabad Office said that Indian should settle the mutual problems which is in the best interest of the people of both the countries and both countries should start trading.
He demanded of Indian High Commission Shave Shankar Menon and grant long-term visas to the Pakistan businessmen and non-police reporting.
Karim Aziz Malik, Chairman exhibition committee told visa forms of the members have been sent to Indian Embassy and boarding lodging arrangements have been complete.
