Yousuf, Sherpao bail extended in Bugti murder case

QUETTA: Balochistan High Court (BHC) division bench has extended the interim bail of Jam Yousuf and Aftab Sherpao in the Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case. The court rejected the report of the crime branch in the murder case with an observation that all the accused would be released if defective investigations were held in such a sensitive case. The court ordered the crime branch to reinvestigate the case and record a fresh statement of Sherpao. While talking to media, Sherpao said that he was not taken into confidence when military action was launched against Bugti and his comrades. End.
