What constitutes bona fides?... By Irfan

18 February, 2013

The filed case by Dr Tahirul Qadri related to the alleged illegal constitution of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). The Supreme Court (SC) concentrated on the credibility of the petitioner by giving the verdict that the "petitioner could not establish his bona fides"; i.e. not made or carried out in good faith. May we request the honourable court to explain for the benefit of the public the analytical methods used to assess the 'bona fide' intentions of a human being?
