Visa liberalisation... By Muzammil

26 September, 2012

India and Pakistan have signed an agreement to ease their visa regimens. And congratulations are in order for both governments. It should have been done much earlier, nevertheless, it is never too late. India and Pakistan should now bury their differences and instead of fighting over Kashmir make it a bridge of friendship.

What these two countries have failed to achieve is the real sense of their actual enemy. Their actual enemy is poverty. It is against this that they should invest their resources and not on mindless development of a nuclear arsenal that gives nothing more than animosity in the name of deterrence.
