Victims of Talibanisation... By Fatima

20 January, 2014

The chaotic law and order situation after the killing of three valuable media workers of Express TV in Karachi shows the ineffective efforts of the incumbent government in taking any action against the murderers. The terrorists are at war with the state and are targeting innocent people to internally destabilise the country. Interestingly, the terrorists are well equipped compared to the government. Every government action stops at conducting dialogue with the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), who in turn is disinterested in any such proposal. As a concerned citizen I reserve the right to know what the state is doing for our safety. The PML-N had come to office knowing well the issues stored for them in future. Their working shows that they had come ill prepared with no policy to tackle terrorism.
