UN to probe strikes

KABUL: The United Nations will investigate drone attacks that have killed a large number of militants and civilians in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia, a British newspaper reported on Thursday.

Meanwhile, The Behsud Bridge over Kabul River and the second lane of the Jalalabad-Torkham highway would be constructed with a development outlay of $150 million allocated to eastern Nangarhar province, an official said on Thursday.
