UK refuses visa to Fazl

ISLAMABAD: The British High Commission had refused visa to Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, sources said on Friday.

The sources said that the Maulana had applied for the visa on May 15 as he was to participate in a meeting of Jamiat in the UK.

According to the reports the British High Commission returned his passport with an excuse. It is to mention here that the United States had also refused to grant visa to the Maulana last year.
