Two youth martyred by troops in IOK

SRINAGAR: In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism, martyred two youth in Shopian district, today.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the youth were martyred during a siege and search operation in Pinjora area of the district. The killed youth have been identified as Shabbir Gujjar and Irshad Ahmad. The operation was going on till last reports came in.
Indian police used brute force and fired teargas shells on people during an anti-India demonstration in Bandipore district. The protestors shouting pro-freedom slogans marched towards the local police station and demanded immediate release of two youth arrested by police in Hajan town.
On the other hand, hundreds of doctors and paramedics held peaceful protest demonstrations in Baramulla, Kupwara, Islamabad, Srinagar and other districts of the territory to press for an impartial probe into the molestation of their female colleague. The protesters wearing black bands criticized the authorities for shielding the former puppet Health Minister, Shabbir Ahmed Khan involved in the incident.
The Awami Ittihaad Party President and Independent member of the so-called Kashmir Assembly, Engineer Abdur Rasheed addressing the Assembly session in Jammu called for active involvement of the Hurriyet and United Jihad Council leadership in the dialogue process for settlement of the Kashmir dispute.
